Food is personal, which is why Chef Diana Stadlen empowers everyone to bring his or her unique creative instincts into the kitchen.

“I am a Chef and Culinary Instructor in Los Angeles, but “food coach” is more accurate. I champion and push my students to expand their knowledge beyond their wildest dreams,” said Chef Diana. “I love breathing life into the classics and infusing my special flair and technique into the simplest dish. It certainly is a nurturing partnership blending art and chemistry in cooking.”

While Chef Diana believes that skill is very important, she also believes fresh, locally grown ingredients are vital for successful cooking. This is why she enjoys living in Los Angeles with its easy access to California’s seasonal, organic produce, and also is what inspires her to design and share her well-loved recipes.

“At the end of the day, I love to share my knowledge with my students so that we can reap the rewards together. Because creating sumptuous food is an experience worth enjoying, but even more so, worth repeating.”

As a California cuisine specialist, Chef Diana brings a vigor and precision to the culinary arts, making her one of the rising chef instructors in Southern California.
